New tradition since the late 1980s, it has been organized by the Community Centre Bela Bartok and the Promenade Restaurant. Venue: the Promenade Restaurant Festival tent in the garden. Time: Second week in August, Wednesday through Sunday, the second major event of the festival month. On the first three days – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday –in the evening there are open -air street balls with live music by local bands. On Saturday and Sunday, with star performers there are non-stop shows and dance for beer lovers and those who want some fun. The event’s sponsor is always a well-known brewery. Those interested can also enjoy some beer-drinking contests, raffles and other games. You need to buy a ticket to enter, but season tickets are also available for the whole program.
